I grew up on a farm in northwest Indiana and studied English and Secondary Education at Purdue University before marrying my high school sweetheart, Jason, and moving with him to Kansas due to his aircraft profession. After teaching high school English for 10 years, I left teaching to stay home with my two daughters, Amelia and Emerson, Eventually, we moved to Georgia. With both girls in school, I began working in various administrative roles at Trinity while my girls attended preschool here. I moved into the preschool director role in the winter of 2021. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading, and anything crafty. I love animals and nature. I never imagined myself moving from teaching high school all the way to preschool, but it has truly been my calling. You have to do what you love and love what you do. There is nothing better than being surrounded by these sweet little people each day as they learn and play.
